Day 1 // Let the games begin



If you know me at all, you didn't see this one coming. At. All.


What kind of Matriarch of Generational Blessings would I be if I didn't address one of the most durable generational issues that's epidemic in the US and pandemic globally. Our relationship with Ultra Processed Foods is (literally) nothing short of a drug addiction. The plethora of research showing the grave impact to our health hasn't stopped the train any more than explaining the evils of crack stops a crackhead from smoking.


I picked alcohol, sugar, and wheat/gluten as my top 3 based on the history of my experience (and the fact that I want my liver to be a powerhouse in this healing journey, so I'm not accepting even negligible amounts of alcohol during the process).


We need more of this in a world where people would rather have parts of their body chopped off, one by one, than to give up sugar and the wheat/gluten that converts into the sugars at the foundation of disease.


You best believe I'm posting candid writings, videos, and podcasts about what will turn out to be a wild ride. I have some immediate thoughts on topics such as health vs. vitality, creating powerful addictions in children, etc.


If you known me for more than 10 minutes, you know I'm a foodie who LOVES a good cocktail. Let the games begin, as I kick this off with a 5-day juice cleanse to prime the pump. Nothing resets the body and gives a needed break from digestion like cold-pressed juices.
