Day 13 // I'm suddenly religious about making my bed

Bad food habits pollute all areas of your life. It's not just a story of big backs and expanded waistlines. It's the slow creep into low-vibrations that seep into the smallest cracks and crevices.

I subscribe to the value of making my bed each morning. But the low energy that comes with poor eating often meant skipping the routine on many (most!) days. The new lightness I enjoy today has me almost religious about making my bed. I get up early to make sure it's not rushed... like a divine ritual. There's nothing like turning back the blankets at the end of the day to plop into crispy sheets that were pulled freshly tight in the AM.
