So y'all weren't gonna tell me there was an actual bread without gluten AND sugar? So y'all were just gonna gatekeep the truth that all gluten-free products don't taste like cardboard and gym socks??

Planning to try the plain bread in a sandwich today. I'm not a big sandwich eater, but it's nice to have an option when time gets short and you really need a grab-and-go. Reddit got this right.
This is the closest thing to white bread you'll find. Carbonaut is the G.O.A.T.... the gee-oh-ayyy-tee I tell ya.
Note: I did try the white bread with a sandwich, and the texture was almost too soft. I'm pretty sure it would be great if I toasted the bread a bit, which is on the agenda for the next test. The bread is still a win if you have a health or allergy reason to avoide gluten. Nutrition gets a gold star for this one.
