Day 7 // Spice of life



Aside from the addictive nature of ultra processed foods packed with sugar, grains, and ingredients we can't pronounce - I'm convinced many simply don't enjoy whole foods because they're often prepared in bland ways.


Quality food ingredients and spices (that don't contain sugar and fillers) can go a long way in changing this. I know... I know... It takes so much longer to prepare amazing food than it does to pull open the GrubHub app.


But at some point, it's time to treat your body to actual nourishment. Your future health, wellness, and vitality will thank you.


And yes... I clearly have a spice problem as they're spread across three locations in my kitchen.
