Hawa K. Bond is the founder of Innerventive Healers LLC and creator of Innerventive HealingTM.
Her journey to healing and personal transformation started with paying close attention to the dynamics of her relationship with her mother. Addressing the pain, sadness, frustration and confusion led her down the rabbit hole of recognizing Generational Curses which she shortly came to understand as Generational Dysfunction.
Ten solid years of transformation started with her single resolution...
I am going to heal past this if I die trying.
Hawa often calls herself "the woman I needed 20 years ago" when describing the outcome of her efforts to date. It has become her life work to keep pushing the boundaries, presenting fresh new conversations about the nature and cure for Generational Dysfunction.
All that's left is to build a body of work that empowers women to curate their own journeys to outcomes they may not have imagined possible.
I always knew I would find a deeply meaningful way to apply my degree in Psychology, my fascination with human behavior, and deep desire to witness others transform.

Innerventive HealingTM by Hawa K. Bond is a signature approach to transforming Generational Dysfunction. It’s not therapy, and it’s not steeped in the mysticism or religious dogma where I often observe people become stuck in their journey. It’s a creative, inside-out process of sitting across the table from yourself, asking better questions, and doing the work to heal what you see in the mirror. The approach is equal parts empathy and accountability, designed to help you walk away from old cycles to start living in peace, freedom, and the healthy terms you curate for yourself.
Your question not here? Contact me using the form below.
Many conversations about Generational Dysfunction lean into definitions that cite fate, mysticism, religious dogma, bad luck, or the failure of a family's character and integrity. But my own experience and compelling research indicate we're up against our mind/body: cognitive processes and neural networks that subconsciously drive what we believe and how we behave. Two things can be true at the same time: Your family could have missed the mark and be facing spiritual challenges, but healing comes through your ability to address how their behavior impacted your subconscious. You didn't start the fire, but it's yours to put out.
As a Christian, I value what faith does for my personal growth. I wholeheartedly support others who have different approaches to their spiritual journeys. But Generational Dysfunction is no respecter of persons or religions. Once conversations fall into the trap of heated debates about mysticism and religious dogma, healing stops. That's why I encourage people to engage here for the science of defeating Generational Dysfunction at the root because that's the work necessary to disrupt the pattern.
I'm trickling framework content all of 2026, and the full framework will be available to the public in 2027.
Yes. Not now, but soon. I'm working on an email service to send exclusive VIP content to my followers as things roll out over the next year. Don't forget to visit my Facebook page to join the conversation.
I believe most great healing journeys begin with a changed mind and powerful intent. I'm working on a brief for women and mothers ready to have fresh, new, mind-changing conversations about Generational Dysfunction. My favorite thing to hear is Hmmm... I never thought of it that way. That's a sign someone is rearranging what could have been limiting beliefs and getting set for a win. I'm also working on a survey for which I hope to gather over 500 anonymous responses from women whose experiences will help shape the future of Innerventive Healing. Read more about the framework in progress here.
